A 55 year old woman presented with loss of consciousness

CHIEF COMPLAINTS:
A 55 year old woman presented with sudden loss of consciousness for 30 minutes.
She had no knowledge about this until her family members told she fainted and they noticed her sweating profusely.

HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:
She had a previous episode of loss of consciousness few days back for which she visisted a nearby hospital.
They told her that she was weak and asked her to eat well and she was also diagnosed with hypertension but didn't take any medication.

PAST HISTORY:
Known case of diabetes since 2 years & hypertension since 20 days.
No history of TB, Epilepsy, Asthma, CAD.
She was diagnosed with kidney stones and had undergone surgery 20 years ago.
PERSONAL HISTORY:
Diet: mixed(But consumes only mutton but not chicken and egg)
Appetite: normal
Bowels : regular 
Bladder: regular
Sleep : adequate
Addictions: None

FAMILY HISTORY:
Mother passed away due to cancer.

ALLERGIC HISTORY:
No known allergies.

GENERAL EXAMINATION:
Patient is conscious, coherent and cooperative.

Pallor is absent.
No Icterus
No cyanosis
No Clubbing of fingers
No Generalised lymphadenopathy 
No pedal edema.

VITALS:
Temperature: Afebrile 
PR: 60 bpm
BP: 120/70 mm of Hg
RR: 20 cpm
Spo2: 95% at room temp

SYSTEM EXAMINATION-
CVS: 
S1 and S2 heard
No murmurs
