A 56 year old woman from narketpally, who is a housewife came to OPD with the chief complaint of distension of abdomen associated with pain since 10 days History of present illness - Patient was asymptomatic 10 years ago. She then visited hospital for a routine check up and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, Hypertension and Diabetes. She was on hypothyroidism medication for 2 years before she was told the levels were back to normal. But she was diagnosed with the same(hypothyroidism) 3 yrs later for which she is under the same medication Tab.
